1. Consultation & Service Implementation Policy
1.1. Design Consultation Services
Customers can choose from the following design consultation
services:

1.2. Work Process
- Requirement
Collection: Customers provide details about the space, desired style,
and budget.
- Site
Survey (if applicable): Our design team will conduct an on-site survey
or receive the floor plan from the customer.
- Initial
Design Proposal: Based on the requirements, Green Interiors Limited
will present suitable design concepts.
- Detailed
Design Development: Upon customer approval of the initial concept, we
proceed with detailed design drafting, including 3D/2D drawings (if
included in the package).
- Final
Delivery & Adjustments (if needed): Customers may request
modifications within the agreed-upon terms.
2. Payment Policy
- For
single design consultation services:
- 100%
payment is required upfront before the consultation session.
- For
comprehensive design packages or multiple service categories:
- First
payment: 50% upon contract signing.
- Second
payment: 30% upon receiving the initial design proposal.
- Final
payment: 20% upon completion and final delivery.
- Accepted
payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, e-wallets (Alipay, WeChat
Pay, PayPal).
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation
before the consultation begins: 100% refund.
- Cancellation
after receiving the initial consultation: No refund for
consultation fees, but customers can request modifications to the provided
advice.
- Cancellation
after receiving the final detailed design: No refund, but Green
Interiors Limited will assist in minor adjustments.
- If
the cancellation is due to a fault on the part of Green Interiors
Limited (e.g., significant delays, failure to meet agreed design
requirements), customers may be eligible for up to a 50% refund of
the service fee.
4. Modification & Design Warranty Policy
- Number
of Free Revisions:
- Customers
can request up to two free modifications to the detailed design
within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Additional
changes beyond the two free revisions will incur extra charges depending
on the extent of the modifications.
- Post-Delivery
Support:
- Guidance
for customers during the implementation of the design.
- If
customers require construction supervision or design
adjustments during implementation, Green Interiors Limited can
provide additional services at an extra cost.
5. Data Privacy Policy
- All
personal information and design materials of customers are kept strictly
confidential.
- Customer
information will not be shared with third parties without written consent.
- Green
Interiors Limited will not use customer design images for advertising
purposes without prior approval.
6. Customer Support Policy
- Online
Support:
- Customers
can contact the hotline or email from 09:00 - 18:00 (Monday -
Sunday).
- Live
chat support is available on the company’s website.
- After-Sales
Support:
- Guidance
on maintenance and effective utilization of designed spaces.
- Customers
seeking additional consultation or extended design services will receive
special discounted rates.
